Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine-dining restaurants.
Degree in Gastronomy.
Advanced English proficiency is essential.
Knowledge of Forbes standards and hygienic food handling.
Knowledge of wood-fired grilling is preferable
