Supervise aircraft loading and off-loading efficiently and safely at FedEx ramp facilities
Supervise customs clearance procedures
Select, train, motivate, and evaluate subordinate ramp operations staff
Manage manpower through planning, organizing, and scheduling within capital and operating budgets
Ensure safe, efficient, and effective ramp operations
Ensure aircraft maintenance and security for arrivals and departures
Supervise marshaling for arriving and departing flights and ground equipment operations
Ensure compliance with aircraft weight and balance and loading/offloading procedures
Maintain professional relationships with local airport officials and communicate relevant legislative changes
Supervise flight delays, overflows, cancellations, and reroutes
Communicate with Flight Operations regarding aircraft and ramp activities
Supervise employee performance evaluations, pay increases, discipline, and counseling according to corporate policies
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
Dispatch license is mandatory
Valid and current Air Ops courses
Two (2) years of college/Equivalent
Fluent in English (600 TOEIC points)
Five (5) years of experience in Ramp operations
