Job Responsibilities 1. Coordinate SMT workshop production schedules, efficiently allocate personnel and equipment; 2. Monitor production line operations, optimize processes to enhance yield and efficiency; 3. Lead daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime; 4. Implement quality control standards, address production anomalies, and develop improvement plans; 5. Organize employee skill training, enforce workshop safety protocols and 5 S management standards. Qualifications 1. College degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field; 2. Minimum 3 years of SMT workshop management experience with proficiency in SMT equipment operation (e.g., pick-and-place machines); 3. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and demonstrated capability in cost and quality control; 4.
