1. Cash Management: Prepare and analyze the daily cash position for US operations. Manage weekly cash and loan reports for corporate entities. Oversee the clearing of payments in SAP and ensure timely processing. 2. Reporting and Forecasting: Generate weekly Cash Flow Actuals reports to provide insights into financial performance. Contribute to the preparation of the Weekly Cash F Report, summarizing daily payment activities. Collaborate on payment proposal files and support Accounts Payable aging analysis. 3. Payment Processing: Review and release invoices through the Efficient Finance portal. Verify and confirm wire and ACH payments daily. Process check registers, including printing and voiding as needed. 4. Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies. Coordinate with team members and auditors to support compliance initiatives. 5. Collaboration and Support:



Partner with internal teams to address queries related to cash management and payments. Train and guide team members on treasury processes when necessary. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting, preferably in a Shared Services Center environment. Proficiency in SAP and other financial management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with bank portals and payment processing systems.
