You will be the main post-sale commercial partner for All Access customers, working with faculty and institutional stakeholders to increase adoption and demonstrate value.
This role blends education, customer success and revenue growth, requiring data-driven insights, strong relationship skills and cross-functional collaboration to renew and expand partnerships.
