Lead one or more production Value Streams, ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives, driving continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Value Stream operations from material receipt through shipment to the customer.
- Ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives.
- Lead initiatives in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize resources, productivity, capacity, cycle times, and changeovers.
- Monitor and improve performance indicators through Visual Management and KPIs.
- Coordinate new product and process launches (NPI) and ensure execution within established timelines and budgets.
- Resolve production issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and appropriate problem-solving tools.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, documentation, TPM, and production controls.
- Lead, develop, and evaluate cross-functional teams, promoting training, cross-training, and employee engagement.




- Interface with customers as needed and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical field, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, production supervision, or a related leadership role.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing and/or composite materials highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational performance, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma, preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP.
- Availability to support operational needs as required by the business.
