Hengst Filtration in Salinas Victoria, Actual León, is seeking an hands-on Assistant Plant Manager to lead our growing manufacturing operation. This role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on daily operations, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional leadership to ensure on-time delivery.
You will drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement, develop teams, support audits, and partner with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering, HR, and finance to build a world-class facility.
