- Financial Planning & Forecasting/Reporting & Alaysis/Cross-Border & Cross-Functional Partnering/ Technical Leadership & continuous Improvement/ Analytical Review, Rencoliation, Document assumptions,Escalation.
- Build and update complex models for forecasting, pricing, investments, and long-term business planning.
- Partner with department heads to create annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
- Compare presente financial results against projections to explain differences and suggest solutions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations for senior management and executives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and run scenario analyses to help leadership make data-driven decisions.

- 10 year experience / Prior supervisory experience/ Experience supporting multinational operations
- Experience with month-end walk and analysis and driver-based variance explantion.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong organizational skills, Experience with ERP
