IT Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing through hiring, ensuring proper follow-up and communication.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels. Proven experience in IT Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably recruiting Infrastructure profiles such as Networks, Systems, Cloud, Data Center, or related technologies.
- Experience with recruitment platforms, professional networks, candidate databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced / Fluent English proficiency is mandatory. •
