JOB TITLE: Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist – Wholesale (Remote)

LOCATION: Remote (Work From Home)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

SCHEDULE: 5-6 days/week, 10:00AM–7:00PM EST

PAY: $1,400–$2,000/month base | OTE $30,000+/year
- 2% commission per deal | 1% on renegotiations
- Weekly + monthly performance bonuses
- Direct hire, US client — no agency, no middleman

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist for our wholesale operation. You will receive pre-qualified seller leads daily, build rapport, qualify motivation, and close deals over the phone. We provide the leads, the dialer, and the systems. Your job is to close.

High-volume, performance-driven role. Proven virtual acquisitions experience required. Direct hire. US client. No agencies.

- Dial pre-qualified seller leads daily
- Build rapport, qualify seller motivation, and close deals virtually
- Negotiate pricing and terms to lock up win-win agreements
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups in CRM consistently
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience — closing deals over the phone (required)
- Real numbers to back it up
- Fluent, confident, and persuasive English
- Elite negotiation and follow-up skills
- Coachable, competitive, and results-driven
- Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23,000.00 - $34,000.00 per month
