You Are
The AI Scrum Master will enable one or more cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled software products and intelligent agents that transform PMO business processes.

The Opportunity
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily Scrum, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives, release planning, dependency reviews,



and other fit-for-purpose Agile events.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum, Agile product delivery, empirical planning, working agreements, definition of ready, definition of done, and continuous improvement
- Partner with product owners and PMO process leads to convert agentification opportunities into outcome-based roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release goals
- Coordinate delivery across AI engineers, developers, UX, data, platform, security, architecture, and PMO subject-matter experts
- Actively manage impediments and cross-team dependencies involving data access, APIs, environments, platform capacity, security approvals, business decisions, and specialist availability
- Maintain transparent delivery information in JIRA and Confluence, including sprint goals, milestones, forecasts, RAID items, decisions, demos, and release readiness
