As our Sr Operations Manager , you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping the performance and future growth of our Reynosa operations. By leading cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Quality, you’ll ensure we deliver exceptional results for our customers while driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, business priorities, and operational objectives.
- Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity metrics while leading corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
