Job Purpose
To track every consignment to destination under the most expedite and efficient routing to ensure compliance with client requirements and Marken Quality Standards.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure all shipments are tracked and milestones are updated in Maestro.
- Ensure conditioning process of the shipment as required and update the proper milestone in Maestro. This conditioning process may include: Dry Ice Replenishment, Re-packaging and / or Labeling
- Define the best possible route to dispatch the shipment to its final destination taking in consideration:
- Direct Flight using OAG to find out flight availability.
- Cheapest Option
- Most Experienced Airline
- Arrival times to comply with scheduled delivery requirements.
- Obtain a pre-booked MAWB and consign to the receiving agent or MARKEN office.
- Inform Dispatch that a shipment is ready to be tendered to the Airline as per the respective COT.
- Enter the applicable routing legs into Maestr
