We are hiring a Social Media Writer & Community Manager for Amalga Group. We are an American-owned nearshore BPO/ITO partner building teams in Mexico for U.S. clients in legal, finance, tech, telecom, retail, and healthcare.

What You'll Do:
- Write and publish high-quality social content (LinkedIn first) for a U.S. executive audience.
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn content for company leadership.
- Actively build community: Leave substantive comments on key industry posts, reply to comments on our content, and engage with prospects.
- Edit short-form video and photos for social platforms.
- Measure, report, and optimize social performance and ROI.




- Write and maintain SEO web copy and optimize for AI Search (GEO).
- Support HubSpot web operations and sales/marketing collateral.

Required Qualifications:
- Native or C2-level written English (Non-negotiable).
- 3+ years writing B2B content professionally with published work.
- Experience managing LinkedIn as a primary channel.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new industries and write as an industry insider.
- Solid short-form video and photo editing skills.
- Based in Mexico and available during U.S. Central business hours.
