Role Description
The Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. In this role,



the Associate supports daily operations by coordinating tours and excursions, communicating with local guides and service providers, and assisting with logistics for groups, private events, and luxury services. The Associate interacts with travelers and partners via email, phone, and in person, helping to manage bookings, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate records, updating itineraries, supporting marketing or social media efforts related to experiences and events, and ensuring that all services meet the company’s standards for safety and customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with a diverse team, adaptability to changing schedules, and a strong focus on delivering memorable travel experiences.
