Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled
Remote Commercial Furniture Designer & Space Planning Specialist
to support commercial interior and furniture projects from initial concept through proposal, quotation, and order preparation. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience with
commercial furniture design, space planning, AutoCAD, CET/Configura, and furniture specification and quotation software
. This role will be responsible for developing accurate furniture layouts and specifications, preparing quotations and proposals, reviewing architectural drawings, and coordinating with manufacturers, dealers, vendors, sales representatives, and project teams. The successful candidate should be highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and the confidence to work independently while following established processes. The position requires someone who is adaptable,

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop commercial furniture layouts and space plans based on client requirements, architectural drawings, and project specifications.

· Create and modify floor plans, furniture layouts, and related drawings using AutoCAD.

· Prepare furniture specifications and configurations using programs such as CET Commercial Interiors, Spec Configura, 2020 CAP, or similar platforms.

· Produce accurate furniture quotations, pricing documents, and project proposals.

· Specify furniture products, finishes, fabrics, accessories, and other components according to project requirements.

· Review architectural plans and field information to identify appropriate furniture solutions.
