Account Executive – Mexico City (B2B Financial Operating System & Spend Management)

Our client is a general, venture-backed financial operating system built for businesses, integrating corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software into a single unified platform. Operating in 20+ markets and serving over 5,000 businesses globally, they empower SMBs and enterprises with efficient, cost-effective corporate finance tools.
We are seeking a high-performing, metrics-driven Account Executive based in Mexico City to drive revenue growth across the region.
This is an individual contributor role for a hands-on B2B salesperson with a strong track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting high-value opportunities to closing complex deals with senior finance leaders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers).
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Hunting: Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract closing,
targeting mid-market to enterprise companies, SaaS businesses, e-commerce, and high-growth startups in Mexico.
- Base Expansion: Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing regional accounts to drive recurring revenue and expand product usage.
- Executive-Level Selling: Engage Directly with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Treasurers to present ROI, negotiate commercial terms, and demonstrate value in spend management and payment optimization.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain pipeline hygiene, build accurate sales forecasts, and consistently meet/exceed assigned revenue quotas.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Customer Success, Risk/Compliance, and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
