Develop and strengthen the relationship of Ford and Lincoln in Mexico with its key audiences at the corporate level, through the planning and implementation of communication strategies, crisis management, event coordination, media relations, information monitoring, and management of the press vehicle fleet, ensuring the company's positioning and reputation.

Planning and Crisis Management
- Develop communication strategies and tactics to position Ford and Lincoln de Mexico.
- Identify reputational risks and activate the Crisis Management Manual, defining messages and spokespersons.

Media Relations
- Manage interview requests, prepare spokespersons (Briefing Book), and follow up on pitching.
- Organize editorial meetings and prepare statements/Q&As; for sensitive topics.

Events
- Coordinate events and sponsorships together with the events area, validating the Scope of Work with suppliers.
- Follow up on checklists, invitations, logistics, spokespersons, rehearsals, and post-event reports.

External and Digital Communications




- Coordinate launches with Marketing and integral teams; oversee external communications for CSR.
- Manage relationships with influencers, vehicle loans, and approval of social media content.
- Prepare and approve press releases according to topic and defined review levels.

Monitoring and Reports
- Monitor traditional media, digital media, and social networks; coordinate monitoring service and bulletins.
- Generate daily highlights, monthly E-News, OCM Scorecard, FactSheet, and reports by event/launch.

Administrative
- Coordinate press vehicle loans in accordance with the Public Relations Fleet Policy.
- Prepare Business Cases, RQs in Aurora/Ariba, follow up on budget, and invoice approval.
- Speak, write and read fluent English.
- Ability for developing written texts / storytelling.
- Handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
