Role Description
The Boutique Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Quintana Roo, Mexico. This role is responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory monitoring, and ensuring an organized and welcoming store environment.



The Boutique Manager leads and develops the boutique team through coaching, scheduling, performance feedback, and clear communication of sales and service goals. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, providing personalized product recommendations, resolving service issues, and maintaining high standards of customer care. The role also involves tracking sales performance, implementing promotional activities, collaborating with headquarters on brand guidelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
