We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and drive the performance of our Client Advisor team within a fast-growing international marketplace. This role owns the day-to-day sales operation, holding agents accountable to KPIs, driving productivity, and ensuring the team consistently delivers against business goals.

This is not a passive management role. The adecuado candidate is a hands-on people leader who is comfortable setting clear expectations, pushing performance, coaching agents, and addressing underperformance quickly. You'll be expected to know what each agent is working on, understand where the team is falling short, and take action to correct it, setting the standard, not just monitoring it.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Accountability:
Own the day-to-day performance of the Client Advisor team; set clear daily, weekly, and monthly expectations; hold agents accountable to individual and team KPIs; intervene when results fall below target; address attendance, productivity, quality, and performance issues promptly.
- Sales Performance:




Own team performance against submission, sales, conversion, and outreach targets; drive adoption of key sales initiatives (No Reserve, Pro, Luxe Items, High-Ticket Sales, Grailzee Connect, relisting); ensure agents consistently follow up with leads and sellers until there's a clear outcome; identify top performers and underperformers.
- Coaching & Development:
Conduct regular 1:1s; review calls and seller interactions; provide direct, actionable feedback; coach agents on objection handling, sales techniques, and communication; create development plans for agents not meeting expectations.
- Operational Management:
Monitor inboxes, SLAs, Slack, and daily workflows; ensure conversations are assigned and handled appropriately; identify and escalate operational bottlenecks before they grow; ensure agents follow established SOPs.
