About the Job.
The Manager Reservations is responsible for overviewing the daily operation of the Reservations department related to hiring, training, administration and disciplinary processes of the reservations staff, to maintain the organization of the activities in the area and assure the highest standards for Guest Satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To coordinate operational and administrative activities of the reservations agents.
- Knowing the different types of services features and accommodations in the Resort.
- Knowing about the accommodation rates and seasons related.
- Knowing perfectly the reservations policy and procedures of the Resort.
- Close relation with all departments within the Resort to ensure the reservation and activities efficiency according to the highest standards.
- Follow up communication related to future reservations, property information, rates etc.
