A fast-growing technology company in the Architectural Services industry seeks a results-driven AEC Product Consultant. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to clients using our AI-powered SaaS platform for architectural layout planning and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound client communications, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide updates.
- Build strong client relationships and trust.
- Review project information, requesting clarifications or missing details as needed.
- Provide technical assistance and answer client questions via live chat and email.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, reporting technical problems to the relevant teams and keeping clients informed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
- Experience with general clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Additional languages (e.g., French) a plus.
