Role Description
The Creative Associate is a full-time role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work model, allowing some work from home. In this role, the Creative Associate will support the conceptualization and development of brand experiences, promotions, and campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to creative brainstorming, assisting with visual concepts and graphic assets,



and collaborating on branding initiatives that align with client objectives. The role involves working closely with designers, account managers, and other team members to refine ideas, prepare presentations, and ensure all creative deliverables are consistent, engaging, and on-brand. The Creative Associate will also help adapt materials for different channels, maintain organized project files, and participate in feedback and review sessions to continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present creative ideas clearly.
