Job Summary

As a
Digital Prepay Supervisor
, you will lead Prepayment Operations across Europe and LATAM, ensuring service excellence, operational stability, and strong control execution within our Digital Credit & Prepay operating model.

This role combines team leadership, operational ownership, and stakeholder management. You will oversee prepayment collections, reconciliations, issue resolution, and service delivery activities while driving continuous improvement and supporting key transformation initiatives. Working closely with Finance, Commercial, and OTC stakeholders, you will play a critical role in maintaining service quality and supporting the evolution of our integral operating model.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Service Delivery
- Lead prepayment operations across Europe and LATAM, ensuring consistent execution and service excellence.
- Oversee prepayment collections, reconciliations, issue resolution, and operational activities.
- Monitor service levels and ensure delivery performance meets business expectations.




- Drive operational stability and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Reconciliation, Controls & Quality Management
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation management across supported markets.
- Monitor open items, incidents, escalations, and backlog performance.
- Strengthen operational controls through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, documentation, and compliance.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals based in Cancun.
- Manage workload allocation, prioritization, and performance monitoring.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Support team development and operational readiness during periods of change.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Collections, Cash Application, Billing, and Customer Master Data teams to resolve operational challenges.
