We are looking for your talent as:
Account Payable Analyst

Job Objective:
Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of the complete accounts payable cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring that payment obligations are met in a timely manner, as well as identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Main Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management and Monitoring:
Supervise the status of invoices on accounts payable platforms, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting requirements.
- Aging Balance Analysis:
Proactively monitor account aging to detect overdue balances, taking immediate action to prevent the disruption of work team activities.
- Collaboration and Discrepancy Resolution:
Participate in meetings with suppliers to follow up on the payment process,



intervening effectively in complex situations or with pending payments.
- Alignment and KPIs:
Maintain constant communication with peers worldwide to track metrics, meet objectives, and escalate operational requirements.
- Continuous Improvement and Implementations:
Actively participate in adapting to new policies and regulations, as well as transitioning to and implementing new platforms and technological tools.

Profile Requirements:
- Education:
Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of solid and verifiable experience in accounts payable areas.
- Languages:
Intermediate-advanced English level (B2).
- Technological Tools:
Proficiency in collaborative G-Suite tools (Gmail, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
