Main Responsibilities
- Execute material requirements analysis.
- Manage inventory levels according to internal policies.
- Monitor actual vs. planned consumption and adjust planning parameters.
- Generate, review, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Negotiate lead times and conditions when applicable.
- Monitor on-time deliveries and manage delays with suppliers.
- Follow up on back orders, committed dates, and system receipts.
- Validate configurations of new items (costs, UOM, lead time, etc.).
- Analyze inventory levels to identify risks of excess, obsolete, or shortages.
- Generate consumption, coverage, MRP, and demand analysis reports.

Job Requirements

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Business, Engineering,



or related field (preferred).

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Planning, or Supply Chain.
- Experience with ERP systems (D365 or SAP preferred).
- Knowledge of Bills of Materials and planning processes.

Technical Skills
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, analysis).
- Knowledge of supplier management.
- Understanding of inventory practices.
