We’re looking for an
experienced ABA Recruiter
who understands the ABA field and knows what to look for in RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and other ABA professionals.

You’ll manage a high volume of candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications and fit, and help connect the right professionals with the right opportunities.

ABA experience is required.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit and manage
RBT, Behavior Technician, and other ABA candidates
through the ATS.
- Review applications and schedule a high volume of interviews.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess experience, professionalism, availability, and overall fit.
- Use your
ABA knowledge
to understand candidate qualifications and experience.
- Ask thoughtful questions to learn about each candidate beyond their resume.
- Understand candidates’ location, schedule, experience, strengths, and preferences.
- Match qualified candidates with the right opportunities based on staffing needs and candidate fit.
- Manage interview schedules,



confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Keep candidate notes and ATS records accurate and up to date.
- Follow up quickly and consistently throughout the recruiting process.
- Work closely with recruiting and operations teams on current staffing needs.
- Provide candidates with a professional and positive experience.
- Manage multiple candidates, interviews, and follow-ups while maintaining accuracy.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous professional experience in ABA is required.
- Experience working with or recruiting
RBTs, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, or other ABA professionals
.
- Previous experience in
recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar role
.
- Strong understanding of the
ABA field and common ABA roles and qualifications
.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Good judgmen
