Job description:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives across product development, operations, and vendor management.

This role goes beyond traditional project management by incorporating financial oversight and vendor supervision. You'll be responsible for planning and executing projects, monitoring budgets, generating financial reports, and ensuring external service providers meet performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and status reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, and SOPs.
- Track project budgets, expenses, invoices,



and vendor payments.
- Generate financial reports and maintain Excel dashboards for project and operational costs.
- Support leadership with budget tracking and cost analysis.
- Oversee the performance of external vendors and contractors.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and service quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external service providers.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and reporting).
- Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
- Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
