Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As a Professional Recruiter focused on professional hiring, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for PepsiCo.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners,



and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic hiring plans while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

This role requires a blend of strategic talent sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, data-driven decision-making, and process excellence to support our talent acquisition goals.

Your Impact
As Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Talent Advisory & Business Partnership: Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to understand business needs, define recruitment strategies, and align hiring plans with workforce priorities.
- Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent, build pipelines for critical roles, and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and PepsiCo’s employer brand to engage top talent.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle,
