The Auxiliar General SCN supports the Service Center by delivering high‑quality, customized printing solutions—including copies, scans, and plotter jobs—while ensuring accurate transaction processing. Working in the 14 Generales e Intendencia 0106 department, you will interact directly with clients, maintain equipment, and contribute to a smooth, customer‑focused operation.
- Assist customers with copy, scan, and plotter requests, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Operate multifunction printers, scanners, and plotters according to standard procedures.
- Provide personalized recommendations for paper, finishing options, and file formats.
- Calculate service costs, issue invoices, and process cash or electronic payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized service counter and work area.
- Perform routine equipment checks, report malfunctions, and coordinate maintenance.
- Track inventory of consumables (paper, toner, binding supplies) and request re‑stock as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and document service feedback.




- Ensure compliance with Office Depot policies on cash handling and data privacy.
- Support promotional activities and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in office equipment is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or service‑center environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, PDF tools).
- Ability to operate copy machines, scanners, and plotters safely.
- Experience handling cash transactions and operating point‑of‑sale systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
