About the Role

We are looking for a
BESS Fulfillment Representative (FR)
to support energy storage projects in Mexico and Latin America.

The FR will support both
pre-sales activities and post-contract project delivery
, acting as a key interface between customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, local partners and integral headquarters. The role requires a combination of BESS technical understanding, project management, contract awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support BESS
pre-sales and tender activities
, including RFQ/RFP/SOW review, technical clarification and delivery requirement analysis.
- Support
LTSA, commissioning, site supervision, spare parts and other service quotations
.
- Review and clarify relevant technical and contractual requirements, identifying scope gaps, interfaces and delivery risks.
- Lead the
Sales-to-Delivery project handover




after contract award and ensure key project information and contractual requirements are properly transferred.
- Coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, SAT and handover.
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, action items and key milestones, and proactively drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate customers, EPCs, OEMs, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve project issues and ensure timely closure.
- Support commissioning, SAT, PAC/FAC, warranty and LTSA activities as required.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, action lists and risk registers.
- Support contract clarification, change management and identification of contractual and delivery risks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a related field
