Role Description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Catarina, Actual León, responsible for driving Greenprint's commercial growth into the U.S. market. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, qualifying, and opening new business opportunities with distributors, food and beverage brands, retail chains, and buyers of sustainable packaging. More than closing one-off deals, the BDR is expected to




build and nurture long-term client relationships
— becoming a trusted partner to accounts, understanding their evolving needs, and cultivating loyalty that turns first orders into lasting business. Daily work includes cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn), managing and updating the CRM pipeline, and ensuring consistent, timely follow-up so no relationship goes cold.

This role requires
advanced English and a valid U.S. visa
