THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an established U.S.-based manufacturing organization with operations in Mexico and a complex North American supply chain supporting demanding customer and production requirements.

We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Manager to provide leadership across production planning, master scheduling, materials management, inventory control, logistics and the flow of materials from suppliers through manufacturing and ultimately to distribution centers and customers.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring that customer demand, production capacity, material availability, inventory and logistics remain synchronized.

The Supply Chain Manager will develop and manage the site's master production schedule and build plan, oversee MRP performance, optimize inventory, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and lead the planning organization.





The successful candidate must be equally comfortable developing strategy, analyzing data, leading people and working directly with manufacturing teams to resolve immediate supply chain challenges.

STRATEGIC MANDATE

The Supply Chain Manager will establish an integrated supply chain planning discipline connecting:

Customer Demand → Forecasting → SIOP/S&OP; → Master Scheduling → MRP → Materials → Production → Inventory → Distribution → Customer Delivery

This leader will be accountable for creating visibility across the entire process and identifying potential material, capacity, inventory or logistics constraints before they impact production or customers.

Key priorities include:
- Strengthening master production scheduling and production planning.
- Improving MRP accuracy, discipline and ownership.
- Optimizing raw material, WIP and finished-goods inventory.
- Ensuring material availability
