About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Construction Estimator
with hands-on jobsite experience to join a vertically integrated real estate development and construction firm based in US.





In this role, you will initially focus on preconstruction support, blueprint analysis, scope development, and cost estimating. As you prove successful and gain familiarity with active jobsites, the role will naturally expand into
remote project management
responsibilities across commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities
- Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings to identify scope gaps, constructability issues, and draft corresponding RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Build trade-specific RFPs, bid packages, scope sheets, and subcontract exhibits directly from plans and specifications.
- Identify qualified subcontractors and vendors, distribute bid packages, level bids, and reconcile exclusions and qualifications.
- Assemble comprehensive project budgets covering trade costs, allowances, contingency, and general conditions.
