The Occupational Health Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of the company's occupational health programs. This role ensures compliance with applicable health regulations, promotes employee well-being, supports medical surveillance activities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

El Especialista en Salud Ocupacional es responsable de apoyar el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de los programas de salud ocupacional de la empresa. Esta función garantiza el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de salud aplicables, promueve el bienestar de los empleados,



apoya las actividades de vigilancia médica y colabora con equipos multifuncionales para fomentar un contexto de trabajo saludable y seguro.
Role & Responsibility / Funciones y Responsabilidades
- Support the development and implementation of occupational health programs, policies and procedures.
- Review and validate pre-screening medical information for new hires.
- Conduct and support workplace health evaluations in accordance with applicable STPS, IMSS and labor regulations.
- Coordinate health promotion, wellness and preventive health campaigns.
- Maintain medical records and occupational health documentation.
- Support medical case management, including occupational injuries, illnesses, medical restrictions and return-to-work programs.
- Manage and follow up on IMSS documentation and occupational health-related legal requirements, including ST forms.
- Monitor occupational health metrics and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
