What the day will look like

As an Operations Manager, you will lead and mentor our Talent Advisory team. This team provides high-quality services, research, data, and product-related solutions. These solutions support Human Capital Solutions clients worldwide. You will supervise service delivery excellence while ensuring operational efficiency, quality, talent development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead an operations team (colleagues plus managers) to deliver service delivery for multiple LOBs for the Human Capital Solutions business (data/products) on-time & with 100% quality.
- Manage all aspects of operations in terms of work allocation, skill building, quality assurance, indicators and metrics management, team engagement, team retention, backfills & growth hirings, productivity & utilization, car
