IT Project Manager – Facilities & Infrastructure1

Primary Function of this Position:

IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing corporate IT Facilities, manufacturing and Infrastructure projects contain structured cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, DAS, audio visual/collaboration, clinical labs, Voice, physical security, Network Hardware Refreshes, Firewall upgrade, and OS patching. Project Manager will lead high visible projects through the life cycle of a project. We are looking for an experienced individual who can adopt company's Project planning and delivery processes, as well as contribute to strategy, roadmap discussions, project execution and delivery of our engagements.

Ability to demonstrate collaboration, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, set and track schedules, resource management and vendor management skills. Proven experience in a result driven environment. Experience and skills necessary to continuously improve, develop and deliver ISI initiatives. Demonstrate PMO organizational skills to enhance data integrity and accuracy.





Role encompasses collaborating with subject matter experts and IT architects to comprehensively analyze project requirements, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to collect specifications and formulate robust IT infrastructure architectural frameworks and design.

The role needs to be performed in unique high energy and multi-cultural work. Self-starter working with minimal guidance. Adecuado candidate will have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Strong proven experience using Project Management Tools (such as Anaplan, Smartsheet), expert in using Office 365 applications. Fluent in working multiple collaboration tools such as Zoom.
