JOB SUMMARY:

Participate and provide support to the area of methods, production, quality, etc., in the development and update of procedures according IATF 16949 and Customer Specific Requirements.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform visual aids, work instructions and procedures.




- Make quick changes to documentation.
- Update of formats, such as PFMEA, Control Plan, Flow chart.
- Documentation of process deviations.
- Carry out MSA studies.
- Coordinate the update of the manufacturing process documentation (PFMEAs, MOIs, PDMs) as response to engineering changes, quality issues or general improvements.
- Participate & Document process improvements related to OEE, FTQ, Scrap, downtime.
- Compliance to all Stoneridge safety standard.
- Revision and update of Stoneridge procedures (SEQS) as improvement or response to non-conformities from external audits.
- Participation and collaboration during Internal and external Audits such IATF certification, BIQ (GM certification), MSA (Ford certification), etc.
- Attend meetings with different departments, such as but not limited to: APQP, PPAP, PM, Quality, and Maintenance.
- Support to develop process documentation at launch cri
