Position Summary

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the plant maintenance organization and ensuring the reliability, availability, safety, and performance of production equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities.

This position will develop and continuously improve the plant maintenance system, with emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, cost control, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the plant maintenance system.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.




- Drive machinery and equipment improvement projects to enhance reliability, efficiency, performance, and maintainability.
- Analyze equipment failures and downtime to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Establish maintenance standards, procedures, schedules, and best practices.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to Maintenance Supervisors and Administrators.
- Establish training and development programs to improve the technical capabilities and performance of maintenance personnel.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance-related audit requirements, company policies, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
