About the role:
As the
Media Acquisition Coordinator,
you will be the tactical engine behind their Emerging Brands' growth. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media, specifically focused on capturing demand in the mid-to-lower funnel. This is a "hands-on-keyboard" role for a digital native who loves the challenge of maximizing Media Efficiency Rate (MER)



and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will work to ensure each brand’s ad program is driving the most business impact as possible while also cutting as much unnecessary spend as possible.

What You'll Do
- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage daily campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) for the emerging brand portfolio.
- Bid & Budget Management: Monitor daily spend and performance pacing, adjusting bids and budgets in real-time to maximize efficiency and hit monthly revenue targets.
- Creative Feedback Loop: Analyze creative performance (images, video, copy) and provide data-backed recommendations to the creative team to iterate on winning ads.
