**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-centric Logistics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of shipments, ensuring that our supply chain operates with maximum efficiency. You will act as a vital link between material suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, while providing proactive communication and data-driven insights to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
**Key Responsibilities**

1. Logistics Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate international and domestic shipments by collaborating with material suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Manage the full "Track and Trace" process, monitoring orders from initial entry through to final customer delivery.
- Proactively identify potential shipment issues and implement fast resolutions to maintain strict delivery schedules.

2. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Perform detailed analysis of sales orders, inventory levels, and purchase orders to optimize flow.




- Conduct demand analysis to anticipate customer needs and provide value-added suggestions for service enhancement.
- Measure and analyze End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor order fulfillment data to ensure "On-Time Delivery" (OTD) targets are consistently met.

3. System Management & Reporting
- Maintain SAP system integrity for all purchasing activities, including order creation, vendor confirmations, invoice reception, and fulfillment tracking.
- Structure and present complex logistics data into clear status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Customer Relationship Management
- Provide excellent and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain proactive communication channels with both internal departments and external partners to ensure transparency.
