Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Garza García, NLE, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home.



The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts by promoting FedEx Freight services, including LTL and specialized freight solutions, to commercial customers. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting sales calls and presentations, preparing proposals and pricing, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate service expectations, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will maintain a robust pipeline, use CRM tools to track activity and performance, and provide regular reporting and market feedback to support sales strategy and continuous improvement.
