Role Description
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Monterrey, NLE,



with the flexibility to perform some work from home. This role focuses on designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes that improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance for industrial operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, developing and validating process improvements, specifying equipment and tooling requirements, and supporting production transfer and supplier development projects. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The role also includes documenting standards, training production personnel on new processes, and supporting operational launch and scale-up activities across NAM Point’s North American projects.
