What You'll Do
- Support and onboard contractor and supplier customers
- Deliver product training via phone, web meetings, and in-person sessions
- Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions to complex issues
- Assist with account management, invoicing, collections, and CRM activities
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and leadership teams




- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and strategic projects

- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Interest in transitioning into B2B sales within 12-24 months
