Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client requirements and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and existing client relationships.
Operations Management
Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient execution of processes.
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Spanish and English communication skills preferred.
