As Mixologist, you will contribute to ensure the quality and service excellence of the property's mixology program, leading the bartending team with empathy and dedication to deliver exceptional beverages, create memorable experiences, and foster genuine connections with both guests and fellow bartenders.

QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
Formal certification in Mixology or proven experience managing high-end cocktail programs (IBA).
Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, beverage trends, and food and beverage pairing.
Proficiency in inventory management tools and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in the proper execution of mixology programs.
Proactive attitude with a strong focus on service excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
Versátil schedule availability.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
