Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Labor Project Sr Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support strategic labor initiatives for PMF by bringing structure, governance, and visibility to key projects in a changing labor environment. You will collaborate with HR, Legal,



Corporate Affairs, Transformation teams, and project leaders to monitor progress, integrate activities, strengthen project discipline, and help ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule, on budget, and according to approved scope. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of labor strategies, project management practices, and governance routines that support business continuity and operational effectiveness.

Your Impact

In this role, you won’t just follow up on project status, you’ll help strengthen the way labor initiatives are managed and executed across the organization. Your work will provide consistent visibility on project health, risks, issues, milestones, and outcomes through metrics, scorecards, and monthly communication routines.
