Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead accounting, financial, treasury, and tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, financial controls, audits, and process improvement initiatives to maintain operational efficiency and financial integrity.
- Manage and develop the finance and administration team,
providing leadership and supporting the company's overall financial and business objectives.

A successful Accounting and Finance manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 4-5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax compliance.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial management, treasury, and taxes.
