Job Description Title of the Position: Construction Governance Manager Position Type: Managerial Location: Naucalpan, Estado de México Work Hours: Full-time, standard hours. Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field. 3 years of relevant experience in industrial construction, capital projects and technical compliance. Knowledge of construction regulations and permitting frameworks applicable to industrial projects in Mexico.

Job OverviewThe Construction Governance Manager ensures that construction projects and contractor activities comply with internal standards and applicable labor, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. The role oversees permitting, risk assessment, contractor governance and safety programs across the project lifecycle. It also supports facility integrity planning and provides clear compliance guidance to project, engineering and construction teams
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to review architectural, civil, structural and electrical plans, technical specifications and construction proposals.
- Working knowledge of contractor qualification, site-access controls, document validation and construction compliance processes.
- Knowledge of the State of Mexico Administrative Code
