As a Jr poduction lead you will lead all production operations to ensure compliance with established quality, volume, cost, and delivery goals, optimizing available resources while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.

You will work #LI-Onsite reporting to the production manager in our plant located in Tepexpan.

- You will control shop-floor process performance to ensure maximum productivity, with a focus on reducing cycle times, costs, and unnecessary movements.
- You will coordinate production lines and workflows, ensuring the proper use and operation of processing equipment according to established parameters and procedures, while complying with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
